Microsoft can suck my ****
So I call the Xbox 360 support number to make a repair request to fix my Xbox which has red ringed for the SECOND time even after I sent it in the first time which it was fixed for a couple months before it red ringed again and so i call and make a request and they tell me the red ring problem is covered under a 3 year warranty I bought mine the first week the xbox came out and the warranty has expired since then so they told me i have to pay $120 to get THEIR problem fixed which is BS now I am THOUGHLY angry at Microsoft and its affiliates.

dont worry 2 times is nothing, we had our xbox for 2 months when we first got them we sent it in and then we went about a year and got them again... they sent us a completely different xbox and 6montyhs later again, they said they fixxed it and it shouldnt happen again, well we had it fixxed for only 2 weeks when i spilt a Dr. P. on it and they returned we took it into best buy saying we dont kno were they came from and they gave us another xbox which got the red rings about a year and a half later, ive now had my current xbox(which is at my friends house) for about 2 years with no problems but i cant play skate on it anymore because the xbox says that is cant play blu ray disks... WTFFF its a video game that says Xbox 360 on it but the system thinks it is a blu ray... i like the xbox, accept for all the F***ing problems

I have never gotten the RROD... ever. Bought my Xbox when Halo 3 came out, surprisingly never had a problem with it
the rrod is an easy fix, it cost about $20 and takes about 2 hours.

Where do you keep your xbox? Mine sits on the ground in a corner with open area on all sides. Verticaly is the best position. On top of a TV or in/on a shelf isn't good, heat rises, heat can't escape, so on and so fourth.

Go online to their site (can't remember it right now) put in your serial number and tell them its a RROD problem (general hardware fault). It should come up fix it for free with free shipping etc. Thats how I got mine fixed for free and I'm not the original owner.

ya two times isnt that bad.. mine blew up on me 8 times... they wanted me to pay the last time but i talked to a manager and they waved it for me again.. told them i wasnt going to pay for a flaw in theyre system..

microsoft doesnt suck, i think they just need to get some 'spys' on the forums, so that they can se for them slefs how much they need to rethink thier prodructs, PS3 isntr much better, i have a friend who has one that he had for 3 months and it doesnt play games anymore
