Ok so I dont know much about airsoft and I just have a quick question, I have a classic army that shoots about 380-400fps and I wanted to know what gram bb would get it the most range? And also what brand of bb is the better choice? Thanks for your help.
.25g bbs are a good option for AEGs shooting in that range. That is what the majority of people use. They tend to be only a few dollars more than the .20s, from most retailers, and will noticably increase your range when compared to a .20g bb. You could also go up further in weight (I.E. .28s, .30s, .35s, .43s etc), but the overall benefit for those weights with that fps will likely not be worth the extra money you would pay for them.

ToyTec .25's and Javeline .25's are the best imo.
