I can agree to both, and I understand your reasons Erin. I can see the hazards to the idea of training in airsoft and attempting to use that for real steel.

find out how to give a class on team cohesion and working as squads. One the main reasons teams lose is because its just free for all of people running around with no coordination or covering or anything of that nature.

I have done a lot of tactical classes, but it is all law enforcement oriented. Mostly patrol but some tactical stuff. A lot of the time we used simunitions and airsoft, but I would be down to help out.

I would like to run my own, but I feel to make it worth while and worth something, I would need my own training in instruction. True i could go out to a field, offer a class and do my take on things, but I would feel as though I would be doing a dis-service by presenting theroies and tactics that would be incorrect.

ehh I would do it if I was back home and had more time. But for now I can barely even get around to a game a year.
