Yeah... most def talking about Marine Boot Camp. Most of the ones I saw and handled were well worn. Most of the A2s, at the "6 in Barrel" (the 6 inches of barrel that is forward of the front sight tower) the bluing/coat is near gone, hell even some of the receivers were getting shiny. Stupid CLP.

First gun I shot was the .22 Marlin 60 I got for Christmas when I was about 12. First larger gun was my dad's Winchester lever action 30-30. First handgun was either my dad's .22 revolver or a glock. Don't remember which.
