yea that was a mistake on the moms part but what really pisses me off about this is that these kids make our sport look bad.. and especially people like me
And the kid had a .22 in his bag too. So you know what that means... ban all bb guns, airsoft guns and real guns....

THAT WAS MY FRIENDS COUSIN WHO DID THAT!!! my friend was telling me about it. hes was the one who gave him the gun cuz he had no use for it and thought his cousin would not be stupid enough to do that sort of sh*t, but i guess not. and he even told him if he gets caught using it hell disembowel all knowledge of the gun....haha. GG lil kids F*ucking up airsoft for everybody else.

The kids gonna face assault with a deadly weapon, over a god damn BB gun... jesus christ what has this country gone to... You used to be able to blow up mail box's with fire crackers, and the cops would just laugh... Now we're gonna give the kid a god damn felony!? hey, with all the recent school shootings and "BS" that goes on in society. This may be far more serious than you think. Kids just messing around or a potential act for future violence?? who knows!!! As for charges, it does meet the criteria for an Assault w/deadly weapon, however the subject is a minor and most likely will have a public defender or a personal lawyer- "plea bargan" baby. Most likely the subject will not be found guilty of felony criminal charges and it will be reduced. A learning lesson for the young, dumb, and stupid!!! Make an example of the fool and for the others who want to follow. If someone pulls a simulated weapon/fA out on me when I'm on duty-"React to the Threat" no time to think and a 1/4-1/2 of orange you may not see. All you see is a "GUN". Don't screw around when lives are at stake!!!! "especially yours" Play safe and stay smart and eventually i'll see you guys on the field. yea that was a middle skool near me....natomas middle....it was an airsoft, reg bb gun, and a unloaded 22....it was the actual bb gun that the kid shot the other kids with.... they did a skool wide search for wepons...that when they found the other 2..
