the fps change is a little weird but it could have just been their chrono was acting up. That has happened before while chronoing some of my guns. It should be fine and not an issue.

Thats weird that an ICS hop unit is in your rifle. The stock CA unit's are good2go. You might want to switch it back to stock and at that point you may have to drop a lower spring in as well to keep the rifle under 400 fps.
