Before you spend anymore check/replace the hopup rubber, that's the usual culprit when you hit 330 on an m120 and have a good cylinder seal, also make sure the hopup unit is seated against the gear box firmly.

I would suggest binding the barrel to the hop-up with some Teflon. Sometimes its just a simple leak with the hop-up. Let me know if you give it a try.

Ok I swaped in a system silent piston head I had lying around, and changed the hop up unit with a classic army hop up unit.

Ok swapped in the old O ring, no real change in fps.

What cylinder are you using and are you using the proper cylinder head with silent piston head?

Take out the crappy army hopup they are notorious for bad sealing, also the chamfer at the back of the hopup unit is made to fit a ca gear box and may not fit well in the ZK, put back in the one that came with it and a new hopup bucking, make sure the hopup unit is seated all the way against the gearbox. By your testing you have shown its most likely in the hopup system, change the bucking with a NEW one you should be fine.

Put the piston, cylinder, cylinder head, tappet, and air nozzle in the gun-return spring for the tappet also. Then check the compression...

Hey mickey, when I did that there seems to be a bit of a compression leak between the cylinder head and the nozzle.
