Remington model 12-a pump action .22 rifle

hey guys i was emptying my grandmothers closet when i found a remington model 12-A (among other things .-. PM me about these, i would like to more about these to) i instantly fell in love with the rifle and took it off my grandmothers hands, it has an octagonal barrel <sorry i just found out nick :D> the serial block is 87879 and it is in pretty good con. anyone have any comments\remarks <snotty remarks are not liked but they do humor me ^^>
