Had a positive experience with an onlin retailer, and though I'd share. I bought a part from Trinity Airsoft last week. there were several things that were great about my experience. First of all, they carried (stock) a part that I had been looking for now for almost 2 friggin years!!! I did a little happy dance as I gave them my financial iformation at 11:30 pm on a Thursday night. The VERY next morning, I awoke to find a message in my inbox from them. From past experience on this particular part, I expected it to be a notice that they were out of stock on that item and they would be happy to offer me a full refund. BUT- I was plesently suprised to find that the were in fact notifying me that my order had been recieved, proccessed, and shipped before I had even got out of bed, and that they would have a UPS tracking number to me by six o'clock that evening. They held to that promise, i got my tracking number, and to my utter amazement, they had it scheduled for delivery the following Tuesday. Tuesday came, and i half expected it to be delayed, but I had it on my doorstep not a second before noon.
