General surplus sales on El Camino sells Mitchell covers for as low as 8 bucks, he can get m69 flak vests for 80 bucks. Had a lot of Vietnam era gear for real cheap, might be worth checking out as he is local.

As BlainO said do not worry about being perfect, this is an attempt to gauge interest in having more MilSim type games. If the interest is there we may focus on VietNam or another Era or just MilSim scenarios in general where role playing and special rules of engagement are in place. I'd like to do something like this quarterly.

There is enough interst in doing a VN game that i will try to pick it up... in the spring once i am able to heal a litle more. I wont be able to put the same time and effort on props as i did for the ww2 event... but i think we could do the sae idea with less props and have just as much fun.
