Those with experience, do you know where I can get cheap 9mm for target practice and cheap hollow points for protection?

Not sure why you would want "Cheap" rounds for protection. Get three or four different loads and try them out to see which has more consistency in grouping in your particular firearm.

Walmart. Although selection will vary from store to store. I know the one on Zinfindel and Folsom by the shop has a decent selection.
