A few of us went out 2 weeks ago and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Good games all day with very few cheaters and those who were caught where dealt with very well. Most of the players seemed mature enough, sure there where still kids there but no larger amount than ASBG and actually probably less. I bring this up because a few of us are gonna head out Sunday with the nice weather we are having (finally). I know a lot of you don't like it but I gave it a second chance and was happy I did. maybe see a few of you out there Sunday

I've never been to the field, what are problems that people have with it?

there used to be a big problem with cheaters and immature players, the problem was that they where not dealt with accordingly and the management tended to turn a blind eye. Seems that its gotten a lot better and the few cheaters that where brought to the refs attention where asked to sit out. hopefully the same goes for this week

Oh yeah I've heard awful stuff about CQB City. Good thing ASBG is ten minutes away from my house haha :D

I went think last week just to get the airsoft bug out of my system and was expecting the worse but it was actually okay. I didn't experience any cheating out there and yes there are tons of little ones running around. But overall all it wasn't too bad.

I get my car and drivers license in 6 months and then finally I wont have to be referred as the little guy running around haha.

2nd chance was blown long ago. 3rd, 4th, 5th chances as well. Too long of a drive and too much money for me to just leave pissed off and annoyed each time.

Haha. True dat. I like to airsoft too much to wait for a good Sacair game. Plus it's a long drive from Elk Grove.

I just moved down here from Humboldt and the airsofting league up there was very professional and only allowed players over 18 to participate and meet every other weekend. i wish sac air offered more frequent games. i dont like the thought of airsofting with children... i like the thought of shooting them but not having to rely on them.

I stopped playing at Galt because there were too many hot heads. It started feeling like CQB city out there.

well I and a few others where sadly mistaken. as Javi stated I was disgusted yesterday. the things that happened and the way it was handled were beyond comprehension

I am done with this place. Galt represents everything that Airsoft isn't.

We were done with this place last year. I was worried when we decided to go two weeks ago but went anyway and had a really good time. For a minute there I thought we may be able to go once in a while since I do like the field itself, but what happened this week just shows that management hasn't changed. 

I have been done with that feild for a very long time. No need to give them my cash. same with CQB city, Alex and ASBG get my dollars.

What exactly happened last weekend weekend?

Sorry Kal, but people here have a right to vent here. This field has shown a pattern of disrespect to sacair since we do not cater to thier every whim. They started this long ago with cammo rocks, the attitude there from the regulars is very much fuck all of us, I have seen it and I have heard it. Several of our veteran members over the years have gone out of thier way to reach out and play there and foster a relationship with that field. Every time it goes bad.

I actually think that airsofters bitching about other not being safe makes us look better in a lot of ways, it shows we are not all unsafe with our guns and even more inportant, that we don't aprove of those who are.

It's all fun and games till some elk grove kid gets his eye shot out... Then the law suit followed by busy body soccer moms on TV news blasting our hobby...and how thier precious little bastard was violated by an airsoft gun.

im not saying dont tell tell poeople its nto safe im not saying dont inform people, im saying keep the language and the bs to pm. You can complain about soemthign with out looking like a complete idiot and cussing up a storm and blah blah blah etc
