Oh no! Not another Datsun fan! Ha ha. My best friend is a Datsun fanatic. I do like the 240's though. DJ has one of each in varous states of togetherness... 240z, 260z, 280z, and a 300zx. Plus the shell of a 510 that is "someday" going to get restored and get a 300zx v6.

The 300z's V6 didn't have a lot of punch in comparison to others... Should stick something bigger in it.

Okay, in a 510 it would be more than enough, but I recal reading somthing about a V8 that would be worth the extra dough in my opinion, but I'm still thinking about the 300zx. Is he thinking about doing a turbo or anything? Turbo, port polishes, damn I want a datsun all of a sudden. But I think I'll keep saving up for my chevelle.

The V6 is a whole hell of a lot lighter then a V8... 300HP in that little 510 is going to scream... and the lighter engine will still allow good handling.

I never liked the '68-69 Chevelles. I know they are the most loved, but I just am not that into the fastback ones.

Ukau, I really like the idea of that home built rotisserie. Thinking I'll steal that idea for my 71' 911 speedster project....
