Is the NAM field games still on Sundays starting 930am? I have been out of the loop for a while due to work and career stuff. Please let me know. I am picking up a new APS2 and would like to test its 500 fps accuracy. Thank you

Games are normally held once a month, given that we have admin free to host to event. We just had a game last sunday. So it'll prollly be a bit before we have the next one.

I'm torn and had this conversation with another admin recently... I'd like to host some more games. Sadly I play airsoft to relax and kick it with friends, so when my own life is already busy and the ability to relax is rare, I find it hard to strap on my boots and deal with grown men who can't get along or play by the rules. I deal with crap like that at work... I'd rather not deal with it on my only day off too...

I agree that childish immature behavior has become more common, even in the last year and half that ive been playing with sacair. as for doing invite only games, i think its a great idea. ive hear a few other people(they werent admins but still) talking about it in the past and i agreed with them. And i look forward to having you host another game bizcuits. its been quite awhile.

If the problem is that there are too few admins to set up games, maybe you guys could look into appointing a few more admins.

How does one become an Admin? I would be willing to help host games.

I mean no disrespect, but if most of the sacair admins don't really have a good schedule or time for the sport then maybe new admins should be appointed. I believe regularly hosted games are what keeps members on this site. I know when sacair does it's shut downs you lose a lot of people. It seems to me that the point of this site is to bring all of sacramentos small airsoft groups together to have large and fun games. When games aren't held, this site loses it's value. Just something to think about, the last sacair game I went to had 26 people. The first sacair game I went to (5 years ago) was at the cqb field and had about 80 people. Sacair is better than galt field, cqb city, and battlegrounds. But members are losing faith. I know, cause my whole group has.

I agree with you. Regularly hosted games are the heart and soul of this site. The lack of maybe part of the reason that fewer people show up when we do host one. Also, Galt, ASBG, and others draw from the players that used to have only one option. We do NEED more games more often, and we need to figure out how to do that at this point.

And other admins saying theyre only gonna host private games isnt helping either.

I know when I started there where games every weekend. Sometimes both Saturday and Sunday. I understand that real life happens for people and there are conflicts. It seems to me there are some new members that would love to take on the role of putting on games. I for one would love to help out.

No one seem to know how to get access to the gallery. Most of the time we do try really hard to take photos and post them, but we end up just posting them in the game thread.

I know most are boycotting Galt field. However, it seems the only place within reasonable driving distance to play outside. Unless there is another place I am unaware of.
