hey there. my cousin bought a Tokyo Marui AK47, with systema high torque motor, systema m120 spring, area 1000 bushings, and large 9.6v 1800 mah battery today at airsoft extreme in oakland. when we got home, we went through about 15 BB's when the fuse blew.the fuse in the little black box where the wire connects to the battery blew. can someone explain to me what happen and how can i fix it? do you think it is easy to fix? can someone please explain to me step by step how to fix this problem. thanks!
Dude, if you need step by step instructions on how to change a fuse, you may just want to take it back to AEX. If your asking on how to fix the AEG so that it won't blow a fuse, that's a whole other subject.
Ray's got the MOVES!

There could be a couple of reasons. Mostly the gears aren't turning freely so like stated before, proper shimming would probably be the answer. Just take it to a professional and have them look at it.

Direct contact -- dump the fuse. go for single or burst (1-2 sec) will be fine.
I had a minor problem with my gun when I bought it from AEX in Sacramento. It was within the "30" day period so I took it back. They fixed it for free and since then no problem. My best advice is take it back, let them fix it. Especially if you are still covered by the 30 day warrenty. I fix stuff for a living and if its taught me anything it this. IF you are not familiar with it, do not work on it. If you are covered under a warrenty then take it in and have them fix it. Doing this is not only smart (all be it sometimes a pain in the ass) but it also absolves you of being at fault if it breaks. I get people day in and day out who open up a compressor or saw and try and fix it themselves while it is still covered by a warrenty. If I can prove they opened it I can void their warrenty. It sucks but this policey is pretty common... ack, sorry for the rant... anyways, hope that helps.
