I'm deciding on choosing one of these snipers hopefully, and i just wanted to hear some opinions on either of them before i make a choice.

i do have an AEG, im just looking to buy a cheap sniper

JG BAR 10 is a pretty good "cheap sniper". Would be a better bet if you are dead set on a bolt action.

ya, both the UTG's are bolt action as well.

Yeah.. that's what I'm saying. If you are dead set on getting a bolt action then get the JG instead of either of the others. It's a better gun for the money.
Bar 10 sucks. Get the UTG L96. Bar is a waste of money. Even upgrading it takes money. Get the l96 and you can still upgrade it if you really need to. You wont though. And if people actually upgrade their AEGS to shoot over 200 ft., then your screwed anyway. I have one trust me, get the l96.
JG is better, but the UTG can be nice when upgraded properly. The L96 is compatible with maruzen parts. But JG is better to start with, and after upgrades will probably be better. I've never had the opportunity to compare fully upgraded ones side by side before, but I'd put money on the JG
