Put in a new spring and replace your hop-up... The hop-up is going to make more of a difference than the spring, but more power won't work against you.

if you plan on keeping the plastic body, which isn't a bad thing, just do a bucking replacement....heck, just a nub would work if the bucking is a TM and is in good shape.
