No more H&K?

Mar 18, 2011 2:44am
I just saw an evike.com video talking about the MOD5 or airsoft MP5 world. Apparently H&K is suing some airsoft companies over the design of the MP5. And while H&K has been licensing airsoft guns of their own through Umarex, a successful lawsuit would mean our options for MP5's would be cut in the next few years. And other H&K designs could follow. Does anyone have more information on this? I've been googling about for the last few minutes with no solid results.

It's been happening over the last few years, so theres nothing really new about it. H&K and Glock both have their products trademarked on looks (even the silholette). If it looks like a MP5, its likely a trademark.

Yeah I saw that video too... honestly that would really suck to have the entry-level MP5s stop production
