Ok, so I get a new credit card in the mail last week. A credit card I cancelled about 4 years go when I was trying to improve my credit to buy my home. So I call in to cancel it yet again. The lady does NOT want to let me cancel. Offers made in an attempt to get me to stay on with them...

I hated Chase... I just stopped using their card. To many telemarketers and junkmail from them. I think they're desperate cause they suck as a crediter and are losing all their customers.
