yeah, national gaurd was at a range down south, went when i was still interested in joining, fired a lot of guns that day, had a lot of fun, ended after the 50 cal accident

Renting Fighting style rifles in CA is too big a pain, won't happen. Borrow a friends.

Fighting rifle and fighting pistol would be easier on the wallet. Since its 1000 rounds of pistol ammunition instead of adv. fighting rifles 1500 rounds of rifle ammo and 250 pistol ammo. In the end I'm down for either choices since TR does not travel this far west at all this year.

the pistol courses iv gone to require 3000 rounds ammunition and $75, plus a belt holster or a proper drop holster (proper means certified by military or swat)
