When I went through some awhile back it was about as dirty as WOLF, shot fine (nothing great) and yes it is non-corrosive. Mine came loose in an old school type wooden crate. Don't remember any FTF incidents...

No idea if it's corrosive or not because I always clean a weapon after I shoot it. But I put 50 rounds of it through a lever action Marlin no problem.

When I was in ROTC in college (somewhere back around the Ice Age) we still had M1's (they replaced them with M14's in my junior year). On the rare occasions they let us shoot them they were using leftover corrosive Cal. .30 M2 Ball. Afterwards we had to come in for three consecutive days and run patches with bore cleaner through the barrels. The way the supply sergeant explained it was the mercury compound in the primers left a salt residue when it burned and the salt attracted water, causing corrosion. This crud actually soaked into the steel of the barrel (no chrome plated bores) and then would ooze out over several days. Anyway, that's what I was told. :shock:

Not corosive, I have shot 3 cases of 9mm and I have 2 more unopened. Good stuff for the price. Same with their 5.56.
