replacing an m249 stock

Mar 27, 2010 11:12pm
bought my friend's m249 but the stock is snapped off, when i get a new one, i need to know how to put it on, or at least detach the broken metal plate from the back of the gun and maybe do a quick-fix for the short term if possible.

Remove the two 2 pins, 1 has a threaded cap one has a C clip at the rear just before the plastic stock (you cant miss them) and the whole stock plate comes off.
Look its a bird its a plane, no its just my broken aeg flying all over the place.

okay well i got the stock off, and i want to glue the stock up until i can find the time to get a new one... i was thinking of using epoxy, but i dont have any right now, is JB weld any good if its plastic and metal? not metal and metal, it would be a lot easier.
