+1 to all the posts about how bad idea this is. It'll ruin recreational airsoft, and label it a danger to society and will be banned. They do offer projectile tazers for citizens, google it maybe you can find information about it.

If for any reason he can't get a real gun, because of a felony, or he's afraid of them, Home Depot sells window bars and deadlock bolts. Those are a bit** to get into.

Sorry, many may disagree with me but fuck non lethal. I'm not going "hurt" some burglar just so he or she can turn around and sue me. You try breaking into my house you're as good as dead. Btw Saiga 12 are completely legal I have owned 2 and have had both transferred in legally by my FFL. For those interested check out peach state guns they have converted saiga 12 "ca legal"
