Woah.....Alex left? ASBG's is becoming worse? SERIOUSLY?

I've been playing there for a while now, some of the new rules are "interesting".

You mean we can't just chill in the lobby anymore?

Oh wow. All this is disheartening to hear. I was going to go there tomorrow for black out night, but I am not so sure anymore. If I do go, I will let you guys know how it goes.

I play there on Fridays, I'll be there tonight as well.

the new management is Austin and Tom. Alex is gone. Last tuesday they had a lawyer in there dealing with the change in ownership which is one of the main reasons that we were not allowed to "cool off" in the lobby. however you are still allowed to go outside to "chill out"

Ausitn and Tom are cool, I doubt they would destroy the place they own!!

i agree with the 18 and older, im not a huge fan of playing with kids. 16 and up would even be ok. if i knew there was just one day that i would have no kids on the field spraying it up i would be up to go for sure.

last night was nice, not a lot of people, teams were balanced rather well, and good games.

well darn, ASBG just posed on Facebook that next Friday will be the last "black out" Friday.

Yeah, i actually like going to ASBG, but I need a break from underage players.

the whole kids thing has been a big issue all the time. There are some super immature adults that come as well. Not just the kids even thought thwy are the main part of it. Someone in an earlier post said that the kid had to show he was mature enough to play on tuesdays by going a few times on other days and showing the refs that he is mature enough. I kind of like that idea. Its not just putting a 18 and older rule where some immature people that are 18 and older can play yet some of the most mature airsofters i know cant who are under 18.

Darn, I was really excited to come out sometime this summer...

How's the place setup for staging? Would I be comfortable leaving around spare guns & gear, or just bring the skirmish stuff, and leave the spare in the car?

You should probably leave all your spare stuff in the car. There isn't a whole lot of room inside staging.
