Anyone have connections to some major paintball players/websites/forums in sacramento? I hear they're trying to stop it as well and if we could spread the word about june 21 to them it'd help bring more people out because were going to need more than just airsoft players out there if we want to make an impression.

If you bring paintballers opposed to it now that'd be great, since now paintball guns have been removed from the bill (makes absolutely no sense) and the paintball industry supports the bill now. So to have a paintball player oppose it would be great

Paintball supports it because it will bring them business when we have nothing else to shoot people with except paintball guns.

It's a sticky situation. Real looking guns being taken into public eyes and used irresponsibly. How else would you get rid of it aside from banning it?

Yeah the paintballers were extremely against the bill, then as soon as they convinced De Leon to take paintball out of the bill they completely support it and are asking all paintballers to support it. such fricken hypocrites. And the bill went from being idiotic, to being completely pointless idiotic and not even remotely making sense now

this will also hurt small movie makers and re-enactments. think of it this way, how stupid would it look seeing a squad of German ww2 soldiers with orange and green kar98's and mp40's? small movie makers and few big time use airsoft for their movies as props, doing this will hurt movie society big time.
