M16 coversion project
I have recently aquired a Classic Army M16, and I think I'd like to convert it into a sr-25 type sniper system. Im pretty confident in my abiity to do the upgrades, but less so in my abilityto make sure I get the right parts. Can you guys give me some ideas? Thanks!
I'm sorry, was that your face?!
This is beautiful timing, i want to know information like this as well for mine. I know airsoft gi sells a kit (last time i checked)
Well there is a couple problems with converting a m16 to a true sr-25 type "sniper rifle"
everything is amazing, but everyone is an idiot
If your going to go with a 25, Try for the G&P External Body kit, it is the closest trade wise.
God save us everyone will be burning inside the fires of a thousand suns.
Why not pick up a JG SR25 for a couple hundred and replace all the internals probably cheaper.
Look its a bird its a plane, no its just my broken aeg flying all over the place.
chips180 has a ca sr-25 for sale
Cause clones are fail!

thanks for the info guys. I suspected that the sr 25 used a bigger round, but I wasn't sure. I would buy a sr 25, but I got the m 16 for free. looks like it's gonna be a dmr intead of a sr 25.
