my friend's gun was double feeding after he upgraded it. turned out he had but the antireversal latch in backwards. I would check into that

what brand bb's? maybe try a different brand thats know to be slightly larger like AE's.

I have tried 2 different brand of hipcaps, and mid caps and they all do the same issue.

It might be the bucking.

A brand new bucking would do the same thing. (I don't trust Madbull products)

swap your hop up unit to a Systema or a new CA one, new bucking as well.
