WE 416 GBB Jamming right out of the box.

Jan 4, 2011 10:39pm
WE 416 GBB Blowback Armory Rifle: I bought this thing new, and every single round or other round it fires jams up in the barrel. eventually after 20 rounds they all might end up come flying out of the barrell at the same time (which is pretty awsome, but not what I prefer)

(I've found) WE guns often are assembled a little sloppy and the hop bucking may not be seated or your bolt may also not be closing completely. Honestly have someone take a look at it that knows their way around a WE gun and see what they find

Yes, you pretty much nailed the other thing the guy at AEX said. Those guys had no idea what to do, so it's pretty much little hope that someone else will. do you know anyone on here that's savvy with WE GGBs?

Myself, Viper, Snoopy, others of course but just don't come to mind at the moment.

alright, well any help I can get with this thing would be appreciated. I don't understand how to fix the hop up bucking or anything. unfortunately all I've ever used is what you guys call "real steel" and airsoft internals is a foreign language to me. at this point I'd even pay somebody to have a look and do some work. :x

You can't return it?
OH, don't mind Austin, we let him greet the guests, and then tie him up out back.
the jack wagon that I am bought it off amazon.com. no returns. So my last two options would be to use it as a floor rug or try to fix it.

Did you buy it new or used? I don't know when I'd be able to look at it but I'll send you my info.

I had to do some tinkering with my we scar ver.2... Kept chopping bbs right outta the box..Hop was covered with locktight, lots of loose screws here and there..Took out the bolt and the stock gas valve(Npas) and just cleaned and lubbed and it worked pretty well (for a gbbr)..Maybee just youtube takedown vids and clean and inspect the whole rifle?

Yes I've cleaned the hell out of it and still have the issues. I'll go buy some more Sil lube and see what I can do with it. I'm going to end up calling the guy who left me the contact info to have him look at it and do some business that way.

as long as you dont get the silicone spray in your hop/barrel and you'll be fine in my expierence with we scars.
