so i just got my serpa in today and i cut the front end off and sanded down the sides a little and sanded down my trigger guard but the damn holster still isnt working right. it clicks in place and stays in place but i really have to shove the gun in there for it to lock and sometimes that doesnt even work. can anyone help me with this?

ahhhhh i might not go anymore cause its pretty far and no one wants to go. and i might be going shooting that day but i might go shooting on friday. if that happens then ill go to fort ord if your down to go
