soda you are the man
Doesn't this belong in the question thread? I have heard that these kits can be quite finicky, with selector switches coming off and the like. Let us know what you think when you get yours.
British and proud! SAS impression in the works, I am always on the lookout for likeminded airsofters who enjoy a mix of both Milsim and casual play.
from what it looked like to me since the pistolgrip side plates on the 1911 are attached to the actual kit, you just have to remove the ones that are one the 1911, then place the pistol and align it with the carbine kit and screw it in place, honestly it looks incredibly simple, so as for the selector switch falling, the only way that would happen is if it already does on your 1911/MEU. Also, since these do seem to be relatively new, i would wait a little while to get one until some solid reviews are out
Um, the glock kits have all had minor issues with such things, the 1911 kits will most likely have some as well, it's the nature of such kits, they are fully functional, but tend to have issues with the externals. That's why the price is quite low.

My Hera arms glock carbine has quite nice externals on it, this one is Hera arms to I think so I'd trust it
Ok, so first of all, it is actually pretty damn expensive. 120$. So it's probably a bit better than the HERA Glock version. I would still be cautious though.

If you read the description on the page it says that the $140 price tag is because it comes already assembled with a 1911.

At evike. Earlier this week it was only $65 because it was just the kit, then they raised the price tag to $140 because they added the 1911 (most likley matrix or WE).

And I Take back my last statement because I just did a quick look at the new section at EVIKE and the sell the kit for $65 and the completed version for $140.
