I have a tm vsr-10 all ready to go, full laylax internals and such at 540, i just wanted to try out a semi auto sniper.

im in no way an expert, but i remember hearing that the sping hits the piston more consistently, thus leading to greater accuraccy? dont quote me on that..

talk to mickey @ aex....he has a bad mamajamma M14......sniper.
Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.

Actually if you have the cash, Gas snipers are more consistent and can be more accurate than even spring sniper rifles. Just gotta run HPA with a regulator and tap your mags.

You can cycle gas guns fast enough to put another round in the air before the first hits, and with an HPA rig you'll be getting more accuracy than with any other system available.

ah, if only i could afford a gas rig, unless anyone has one they can trade, im stuck with electric, if i upgrade the m14, or my spring vsr

I would steer away from V2 as it doesnt like high FPS setups. Which ever you do choose put some sorbo on the cylinder head so you don't crack your GB.

Sorbothane its pretty much the stuff on the systema silent piston head but its stronger. It also can correct your AOE when you start to correct it.

The G3 and the G36 make some sweet long range rifles, anything with that rotary style hop-up is super consistent. When my G36 decides to work, I can hit a man sized target at 150-200 feet without much trouble, and that's with under 400 fps.

If you do a TM M14 right, I have a parts list somewhere. You can make it a 300ft gun- on the crosshair. Only part to ever go out on mine was the tappet, and I got the gun in '04 or '05.
