What vests / rigs are they suppose to be wearing?

ciras or plate carrier with a cumberbund of some sort, like the condor ones. with a fanny pack of course. pouches look like SOG pouches or some paraclete ones even?

The top picture looks dead on like the plate carrier I got from AEX. I'll try to take a photo of it tonight.

Sorry to necro post I found the vest they are using, pouches on the other hand, little more difficult to find existing two tone pouches.
