Never bought things online like this so im just wondering if someone can vouch for him to reassure me. I am going to make a paypal account or something to buy his rifle. I don;t have a bank account yet so i think im going to use a prepaid walmart card, load the money onto it, then make a paypal account with the card, then send the money? im not sure exactly how this works if someone could help it would be great thanks.

Go to the bank, make a bank account, takes like an hour. Then make a paypal and link it, then you can do whatever you need to do.
