I have a Hitech smart charger i got from AEX like 3 years ago and when i bought a gun last night the battery was dead so i tried charging it and im 99% positive i have it on the right settings and the red light just bliinks after 10 seconds of charging. I tried multiple times thinking the outlet was bad lol.
my guess wpold be to check your connections,makie sure the leads to the battery are properly saudered.try that first

Alright i checked and everything looked fine to me
Is it just that battery that gives you the problem? Plug in others, if it does the same then it's the charger. If not, get a new battery.

well thats the thing, since im new to airsoft and this is my first gun i dont have any other battery to test and no other charger to test. And since AEX is closed today and tomorrow i cant take it in there :(
I know exactly how you feel, when I got my SCAR in 07 i couldnt shoot it for 2 weeks because my charger went out on me.
