so i got a classic army g36k in a trade yesterday and it turns out the gearbox is garbage, so i want to replace the whole gearbox with a KWA gearbox...

To my knowledge I think KWA only makes an M4 drop in gearbox

You can't get a KWA gearbox by itself.
