Yes, youtube it. There are plenty of articles and videos that will take you through the process. Or pay 30$ for AEX to do it.

depends on the gun, i think AR platforms are the easiest while AK's and m14's are a little more difficult because you have to take the whole gun apart to get to it. :x

Its an M4......I am just not good with the hole opening up with the body......But videos seem like all you do is slide it out of the top receiver.
just be gentle with the hop bucking, otherwise its a breeze
