Yeah I would say Evike is far worse consistency-wise. Seems everyone has a bad story to tell about their service

Bravo Team
I must be the odd ball in the crowd.
I've had bad experience both directly, and indirectly with evike and airsplat. AEX I only go to the store soo yeah..as far as online goes i just stick with GI. 50% off thing is tempting though..
We shall meet in glorious battle
Airsplat and Evike have been good for me.

Anyone seeing a pattern here? Some people have had bad dealings with everyone, some have had good dealings with everyone. Maybe it's the fact that ordering ANYTHING online is inconsistant. Not just airsoft stuff. Think about this... the people filling the orders on the other end are people, doing a job. Now think about you at your job. Are there not days that you actually try and some days you just don't give a shit and would rather be doing anything else... maybe even day dreaming while working... just saying.

Good point.

Nobody can make everyone happy 100% of the time. Shit happens beyond peoples control. They might have 1 item left and 2 people order it at the same time and only one of you get its it, some times automated systems dont work correctly, shit happens. I judge companies less on how their ordering process works or how long it takes and more on the customer service part of it. If they screw up how much are they willing to make it right, how caring are they about your problem, do the genuinly seem hepfull or do they sem like you are annoying them. Its not wiether a company screws up or not, that not the issues, ALL companies ALL people make mistakes. its how they act and move to correct them that matters
