Of course, if you really, really wanted to, there are ways. The rear sights could be removed and the 4 holes could be used to mount some kind of custom mount. Or you could simply JB weld a rail to the top of the reciever. However, no matter what it would be a mortal sin and would be a ticket straight to hell. Plus, you could no longer use it for ww2 anything.
