NO...we need ADMINS to RUN MORE GAMES. dude i dont know how many times i have posted shit like this and nothing. tried to organize a admin meeting, peoples couldnt make it. i have been a admin for sacairsoft.com for almost a decade.

Yes we do need Admin's to run more games. However we can't force current admin's to host games and give up their personal time. If they do not want to host games.... then what else do you have in mind? I think we are all open to idea's... Like you suggested, these things have been beaten into the ground over and over again... There will always be something keeping admin's from hosting games, but I'm all ears if we have a genuine idea to remedy the situation...

@Mike: Since most of us admins cannot really have a hand in growing sacair at the moment I would really recommend you pick some of the current active admins to take sacair in a new direction. You have my support. I really don't care if you make mistakes since its all part of the learning process. You should have full creative license. The only thing I recommend is get people that executes and don't always agree with you. In the startup world, no one wants a lackey as a co-founder.

I agree that we need to do something because we are losing most of the new players to the Galt games. For me I will not play Galt until Wayne deals with the guys that refuse to follow the rules, it just makes the sport look bad to the new players.

Honestly I think the way we need to go about this is to function like a real club, and i think in order to grow as a group we need to start doing what ronnie said and have meetings/ get togethers and go over topics that pertain to sacair. Just forum talk is not good enough to build a better working club.

i dont mind doing it, just ask that people actually take some initiative to actually owning up to admin. I know people cant walk away from their real lives to come play, but if we want to do it right, we have to show the public that we are organized and have our shit together.

What do people say about giving Snoopy Game Ref status?

Snoopy DOES NOT need game ref status, he can host games when he wants, he IS a founding member of this organization, he knows when to do something and when not to. if he wants to be admin he can ask one of us, he knows this.

Calm down Viper, I've been talking with Snoop for the past 2 months since he got back. He would be down for an official Game Ref title but not a forum admin. I just wanted to get peoples comments on the subject.

Im not going to have any time for airsoft in the foreseeable future(bad break up, new relationship, failing business), you can take my admin spot and give it to someone useful if need be

That sucks CP, but I don't think we need to remove your status as admin if you plan on coming back. Just deal with life as you need to and when your ready, it'll be here.
