So I'm sitting here in the air conditioned house waiting for the weather to cool down enough I can go outside and work on the weapons carrier and it got me thinking maybe we should be doing the same for airsoft. Maybe we should start the games late in the afternoon/evenings and run them until it's dark, instead of starting around ten when it's getting really hot.

Well for an idea, do what Ukuas field is going to do. Start at like 2pm or so and go until 8pm. Just a suggestin.

8am=goodness

I'd go for early morning games.

Early start games are a GREAT idea! Unfortunately, from what I've seen of Sacair games, people show when they show. It's tough to get people to show up before 10.

When I used to host, I made sure that its posted on the boards when the start time will be.

late games are the bomb, I would love to not have to wake up early in the morning and drive for about 2 hours half asleep.

i voted for later, only cuz i work afternoons and it would be easier to got to evening or nite games, but if i end up swithcing to nites then early morning would be a hell of a lot better, and cooler, i also have to agree with finnn

Earlier is cooler and therefore better.

8AM would be great; It's still pretty darn hot at 2PM.

I should have been more clear, when I'm saying later I mean more like 4-9pm. LATE afternoon. Once it starts cooling down.

I don't really care much, I remember when games were ran earlier. Either option works, I just want a excuse to go swimming in the river at NAM again during a game.

Earlier in the morning sounds good to me for weekend games. I don't mind waking up earlier to be at the NAM field if that is where it happens to be. I work in the heat, and I would agree that mornings is easier.

I dont mind either way, waking up early on weekends always sucks but as long as i get more games under my belt its all good.

First all let me clear soemthing up right now, i do infact have many many opinions and thoughts that have nothing to do with the galt field at all, so your consant bringing it up is at the point stupid. Please take all your one shots and direct them elseway its getting tiresome.

Earlier games would be a better choice due to lower temp. The highest temp of the day is usually arround 3-4 pm, so afternoon games would be played while it is at the highest temp.
