I want to purchase a M500. My goal is to mount it to a M16A1 with M16A2 handguards a la Predator. Eventually I want to get a wood pump grip but for now I can just purchase the standard plastic grip and buy the wood grip at a later time. My question is this, is the M500 bodies/lengths the same on the standard and wood versions of the shotgun? I know the cruiser model has a much shorter barrel.

I only know of a Maruzen masterkey kit, don't know if it will work for a Marushin.

Yes I'm not going that direction. Fits the M870 only. I'm going to machine an adapter. I'm surprised one is not made for the M500 for the M16A2 already.
