BB's are going to the right of where I am aiming
Standing about 35 feet from the target, I have fired 240 rounds from my TM SOPMOD that arrived today. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the inner barrel, hop up, or iron sights, but no matter how I adjust it, I can't seem to prevent the BB's from swerving to the right. I aim right in the center, and they always end up striking the right edge of the target. Can someone help?

what gram BBs are you using? trying using a heavier gram, adjusting the sights, and adjusting the hop up
Using .23 Bioval BB's. Does the hop up adjust the aim sideways as well?

try using .25s or .28s. the hop up does not adjust exactly sideways, although that would be a cool thing to add to some guns...hmm...a second hop up unit...(I THOUGHT OF IT FIRST!!) in my experience using a heavier bb and adjusting the hop up has worked for me
I would take the inner barrel and hop up out and look down the barrel for obstructions... if nothing than hold the hop up tightly and twist the inner barrel to the right slightly put it back in and fire, if it has fixed it a little pull it back out and twist it to the right some more till it fires straight.
I am going to adjust the hop up and iron sights, and if that doesn't produce results, I will follow S.A.W Gunner's advice.

go with that, and before you go taking your gun apart, clean the barrel first

Are the bbs actually curving to the right? You can see them changing direction midflight?

It's hard to tell because I am using black BB's, but after I moved the rear sight to the left a great deal, I am getting very accurate shots. I just find it strange that I have to turn the windage almost all the way to the left to get an accurate shot. When I can shoot at a decent target (150ft) with white BB's I should be able to tell if they are curving or not. It seems to me though that they are just hitting to the right.

Sounds like its just your sights then. Also possible, your front sight tower is canted a bit. Happens often. They are held fore/aft with 2 pins(maybe not the new ones, dont recall), but if a small set screw underneath is not tight or is missing, it can cant left or right far enough that you cant get a mechanical zero at any range.

Oh ya, buy at least one bag of good white BB's. Just for reasons like this. Its very hard to diagnose some problems with bb's that are hard to see.

I am resetting the front sight as I type this, it does look a little canted, so hopefully that's the problem!

you know what's funny is that i've owned 2 CA M4s 3 G&P M4s, i've used everything from KM, prometheus, firefly hopups, etc. but they all never shot straight no matter what I did. I remember my first AEG was a TM Sg552 with KM 363mm tightbore and M100 spring/metalbushings and that thing was rediculously accurate. A friend at the time got the same setup for TM G36c and got the same results. I've always found ver.2 style AEG M4's to be a !@$# get to shoot straight along with the iron sights.
TM AEG's shoot straight out of the box. Well most (if not all ) of them anyways.
just another reason i love sacair, you guys look out for new players :D
