ok awesome you have .25s, youll probably see me out there soon
Whats the address of the field :p
Shooters All-Season Paintball

Looks cool and all. The whole 300 fps/ 5' engagement distance is lame. I would deal with the full seal goggles. But like someone else on here mentioned, I think every stock pistol I've owned has been right at or just over 300 fps.
Yea the pistol thing is the only thing holding me back, i ussually just use dual TM hicapas that are upgraded and i dont know if they will shoot under 300 fps. Also i have a l96 thats shooting 540 which is perfect for galt/UKAUs and most other places but i cant go to this one with that gun because of that :? well ill get all my guns chronoed and see what i can do and hopefully i can go out there. all my freinds who go paintballing there say its really fun
hey i was wondering your guys' rules for shotguns? like the fps limits and engagement distances.
yeah i only have 2 guns atm, a PDW, which shoots at around 360, and a sr12, since the pdw is my only cqb weapon, and it shoots to hot for this field i guess i cant attend, becuz that with the $20 for entance, $15 for bbs, and the gas, i probably wont go there, but i would love to if the fps and money wasnt an issue
Did anyone go? If so how was it?
I went there sunday best field I been to and I been to Nam, The Hill, Galt, Davis, and a place up in colfax.
I would go if there wasnt a 300 fps pistol rule, since gas pistols fluctuate in their fps.

We didn't haft to worry about that yesturday.
Correction. On the co2 pistol thing. A guy came out there yesturday with a co2 pistol non blow back and he had an AEG engagement distance due to it was firing a higher fps. Yesturday no one use a pistol but the guy with the co2 pistol. The way the field is set up is if your going to get shot your going to get shot at a distance. I didn't even carry my pistol.
oh alright

I will be more willing to go when you standardize all your rules, This is an outdoor more open field. things that need to be changed IMO
First, I would like to thank everyone that came out and played this weekend.

It's a nice field and the 2 refs there yesturday are really cool, this was originally a paintball field and still is so there is going to be very small kinks to work out for airsoft but nothing huge. As for the 550fps thing yeah that would be cool but really it's only a 50 fps difference which is not much so why complain? Everything was completely fine yesturday. I was using my kjw m700 which was originaly set at 580-600 and turned it down to 400-430 and had no problem.
I back Chris all the way with that. Nice playing with you guys yesturday.
I give him credit for responding to our concerns. Hopefully he can get some of the rules changed.

I really am looking forward to going to this field. I think the bullets are a good price and that the 15 dollar price for the day is pretty good. Only thing i dont like is the full facemask thing (gets really sweaty and fogs up and you cant aim down sights very well), and the pistol fps should be at the least 350 fps and no engagement distance. as many people have said the whole country has been working well with the 550 fps for snipers (bolt action and semi auto only) with engagement distances at min. of 100 feet, 400 fps for aegs with engagement distances at min. of 20 feet, and for pistols and shotguns around 350-400 fps with no engagement distance (use bang kills though as a courtesy). Otherwise from what ive heard this pistol is awesome. My friend Nick Denton knows the owner personally and says that he is a really cool guy and i do understand that there are rules like this due to insurance.
