I have pulled his admin for a time so we can discuss some things on here. I have spoken with many of you and the consensus is that there has been a severe lack of teamwork lately. I don't mean this as an attack against Ron but every question I have asked about his plan was met with personal attacks which ended as basically "well you are too stupid to understand". I don't see this behavior coming from anyone else and I feel like ego is really getting in the way of any real progress. I have no issue with the fact him and I disagree but I refuse to get talked down to in such a disrespectful manor over such petty bullshit. Bottom line for me: If he wants to act this way he needs to do it elsewhere, we are a community of peers...we have no place within the admin boards for elitism or ego.
I've been an admin for a while now, and I do keep up to date on the admin board. My main reason for not posting is because every thread turns into some stupid "argument" that happens between the lines of what is posted/typed. I am NOT attacking anyone, but I see this a lot when Ronnie posts up.

Just, because there is a break down of communication between you and Ronnie he shouldn't be restricted from posting. While I do not support his name calling and insults, I also do not support what I view by you as inappropriate actions.
This is not just a problem I have with him, this is a view that was echoed by virtually everyone I talked to on the subject. We wanted a place to discuss in the open where his attitude fits in here without having to deal with the drama, and this is how its going to be done for now. He is not banned but his behavior has clearly shown he has no intention of working anything out. If you don't want someone showing up to a meeting with a negative approach don't shit on every question they throw up and certainly don't insult them.

I deleted it because it was wrong of me to play into all that bullshit. Everyone has something that presses thier buttons....that happens to be mine. The better point you bring up is why are we the only people talking about this....But you are right if Ron wants to be a part of this discussion by all means. At least someone would say something for fucks sake....

Ron that sounds great, I completely agree with you. Lets all learn from this, put it behind us and focus on what we all want, more games and smooth operations. I see no reason why we cant be mutually respectful of each others options if we are both open to it.

There are things that I don't know that I would like to either learn or discuss at the meeting on the 25th.
In addition to Steve's questions I want to know what determines an active or inactive admin. At what point is one considered no longer active. Is it not showing up to games, no logging in, or something else for an extended period of what amount of time.
