thanks Ferg. ill read / review my notes and add things in if needed. Other than that i think all was covered in your post, from what i can see that is. any other admin that was at the meeting see anything else we need to throw in there? if so do it.

hey guys i dont think we really had a complete answer for this, but with these many admins/game host's we should be able to fill up every weekend with a game.

I'm thinking maybe two a month.

Two a month sounds good... more if admins or hosts want to run one and there are already two planned... we shouldn't LIMIT games hosted by Sacair to just two.. but plan to do AT LEAST two a month.

i dont mind running a game on the same day that ord or city has a game, as they have games that some people can goto leaving the rest having to choose either from the others. i am used to running games every weekend, so its hard for me to see 2/month hehe. but cool beans by me!

I think for now 2 month to start is a good plan, which more "if" we can sustain it. If we over stretch ourselves too soon, too fast we may get burnt out. Start slow and gradually increase, aim for 2, but hope for 3 type deal.
