i know its not necessary because of their rof but should i upgrade either of them with m100 and bushings. also would it be safe/beneficial to put m100 and steel bearings into the g3 sas or mp5a5

if you plan to change out the bushings then change them to bearings. As for the springs changing out the stick sp80 that most ca's come with for a m100 will up the fps and drop the rof, unless you change the motor as well to a high speed motor like the gaurder high speed
Be aware, the new high cycles reach their RoF by short stroking the piston. You may be better off with a standard TM and just upgrading the motor and gears. I have an older TM G3SAS that is shooting 25 bb's per sec at 305-315 fps. The new high cycles ages lose a lot of fps in full auto. The faster it shoots the slower the bb.
