It all depends on how much personal info you have on the guy. Do you know his full name, address and phone number? I'm assuming you don't since you posted here for help. I would've just gone to the guys house and picked up the gun.

The best thing you can do is get a copy of the MO he cashed, and all of your pms and emails, and flie a police report in the city he lives in or with your local police.

i made the MO from the USPS, ive talked to them about what i can do and they said they cant do anything. that i should go to the police.
