Yes I read alot of reviews and want a solid gun to play with no tinkering fidling to keep it working. I also do not feel like buying it and upgrading it for awhile.

Alot of KWA's come shooting over 400 out of the box, so you may need to drop a lower spring in it, other than that there great guns and worth every penny.

My old generation kwa has been kicking for the longest time now, and the newer ones are just unbelievably good. You should not experience any problems for a VERY VERY VERY LONG time Lol... (stock, no upgrades) Just make sure if you buy a kwa, you use a 9.6v. Using the 9.6v is already fast enough and can save life on your gears even though kwa is lipo ready.

Thanks great advice, I am coming to airsoft as a die hard paintall pump player. I never liked shooting large quanity of paint fast, I prefered to take my time and aim.

Well In airsoft, you dont have too feel guilty when shooting in full auto. Why? Because BBs are much cheaper than paintballs. But you aswell can set your marksmanship skills to the test and shoot semi. Your choice. KWA basically is as a precise as it gets. Range estimation = ~150 feet - 170 feet

Yes good point about the cost. I was stingy with my paint. Only shot when I had too, way too expensive. 60$ for 2000 PAINTBALLS.

Heavier BBs can lower your FPS to shoot less hard, but most airsoft places test your gun out with .2g bbs nothing heavier.

Use full-auto unless your a sneaky sniper with a quiet gun! I can easily Matrix manuver semi-auto rounds coming at me. The classic army stubby at AEX is like 250$ shoots 400 fps after some rounds through it, and gets the same range as my KWA SR-12 ( thats a long rifle ).
