everyone on this forum should be getting on the phone and going to the site above,
I have tried calling twice now, both times I have been hung up on before I can tell them that I am opposed to the bill. Any suggestions? I've already sent an email.

My favorite part of the bill is the last paragraph.

Not that it matters but I am really glad I didn't vote for that old fool...
Oh man this is bad. If they passed it for LA county, what stops them from doing it in Sac, or Sf bay area, or Santa Clara? Anyway, what effects will this have on LA retailers, like ASGI. Good thing we have AEX.......
Curse my inability to drive!
AEX gets all their goods from LA county, along with 90% of the nation. There are no direct manufacturers of airsoft guns in America (on a large scale). They are all made in HK, China, Korea, and Japan. They all get shipped through LA before the rest of the country... Honestly I am surprised the bill even got this far considering this bill affects business not just in California but all over the country.

Airsoft Atlanta is probably the biggest US based store outside California. You can still get airsoft guns in CA they just can't go through LA ever. It's up to each individual county to pass the law. I could see moving shipping options to Oakland, maybe? Regardless, if this doesn't get repealed buying a new Airsoft gun regardless of brand is going to become a lot more expensive
[quote='aaman16' pid='193159' dateline='1346370848'] Guys is there anywhere we can get stuff domestically anymore? AirsoftAtlanta comes to mind. Are there any other US based web store?

I know, but what happens after the law goes into effect?

Read the bill.
