I recently switched from aeg to gbb, as of now I run an kwa kmp9 as my primary and a kwa ptp m9 as my sidearm. I have been considering for a while whether or not to get a gbbr and if so which one. So far I have come to two options that are somewhat in my price range, we scar or pdw. The only problem is that from what I've heard WE isn't the best brand for gbb guns. I myself owned a we m9 and I never plan on owning one again. Are there any experiences, opinions or thoughts in general about either of these two weapons that could help me to decide which gun or if i should even buy one? Please do share and thanks a lot :).
KWA ALL THE WAY :P
Steer clear of both guns. The magazines dont hold up well with green gas/ propane. The trigger unit is prone to failure. Youll spend more time waiting for replacement parts...take down..and fixing than field time with these. If youre considering getting the we m4 open bolt....its all the same. Read all the stories...experienced it myself. Good luck!
Owned both. WE scar had an issue with the hinge plate cracking. Also blew up during a sacair game during the winter (bb froze to nozzle causing pressure to go to trigger assemboly and damaging a couple parts). Though it was closed bolt version. As for the PDW (closed bolt) the main issue was the hop up, even with the stinger it was terrible. Also had an issue with the screws that held the stock on.

Theres nothing wrong with WE GBBRs. they are solid and perform well if you understand how they operate, and CLEAN THEM AFTER EACH DAY OF USE. and have all the stock parts replaced, lol.
I'd pick up a kjw m4. Just my 2cents.

KWA GBB rifles are by and far the best GBB rifles ever produced.
